As a facilitator, I aim to support your pursuit towards wellness through the way of Yogic practice. As I enter a new phase as a facilitator, I am deepening into what methods of movement feels best to share. My motivation to teach allows for continuity and consistency in each class. Each class is curated to work the whole body and align with the breath. My classes may also draw upon different healing art systems such as Qigong and Tachi.
Classes focus on:
- Warm-up and Core Strengthening
- Standing Postures and Sequences
- Sun Salutations
- Arm Balances
- Chest Openers
